<p>Role : OpenShift Engineer.<br/><br/> Exp : 4+ years.<br/><br/> Location : Noida (Onsite).<br/><br/> Notice period : Immediate Only.<br/><br/> Support Coverage : 24x7.<br/><br/> Scope of work :<br/><br/> The scope includes full lifecycle management and operations of OpenShift infrastructure - Kubernetes as detailed in subsections below :<br/><br/>- Container lifecycle management (creation, deployment, health checks, updates).<br/><br/>- CI/CD Pipeline Management.<br/><br/>- Docker file and Image Management.<br/><br/>- Incident/Service/Change/Problem Management.<br/><br/>- OS Patching, Node Administration.<br/><br/>- PV/PVC backup and restore.<br/><br/>- IAM and container registry management.<br/><br/>- Client/OEM responsibilities include:.<br/><br/>- Application deployment & container image development.<br/><br/>- Network design (HLD/LLD), Certificate procurement.<br/><br/>- Cluster Provisioning, Registration, and CMDB onboarding.<br/><br/>- Backup configuration, monitoring setup (Prometheus, Zabbix).<br/><br/>- RBAC, CRD, and LDAP integration.<br/><br/>- Routine patching, update validation, vulnerability remediations.<br/><br/>- Cluster scaling, BIOS/firmware updates, and CMDB maintenance.<br/><br/>- CPU/Memory/Disk/IO health tracking.<br/><br/>- Cluster/operator/service log analysis.<br/><br/>- Alerts & automated remediation.<br/><br/>- OEM case logging & escalation.<br/><br/>- SLA-compliant incident resolution and RCA reporting.<br/><br/>- Scheduled patching, cluster backups, and vulnerability fixes.<br/><br/>- Capacity planning dashboards.<br/><br/>- DR documentation, SOPs, RPO/RTO assurance.<br/><br/>- Admin access compliance (RBAC, syslog, NTP, ILO etc.<br/><br/>- Server resource release and secure OS image deletion.<br/><br/>- Rebuilds from backup if needed.<br/><br/>- Audit participation, IDR data reporting, NC closure tracking.<br/><br/>- Current Tools and Platforms.<br/><br/>- Monitoring: Zabbix, Grafana.<br/><br/>- Cluster Management: Red Hat ACM, Trident (Storage), Quay.<br/><br/>- Security: Prisma Defender.<br/><br/>- Automation & Backups: Custom SOPs, Automation pipelines.<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
