<p><p><b>Location : </b> Remote/Hybrid.<br/><br/><b>Work Timings : </b> 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 30 AM.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>About the Role : </b></p><p><br/></p>We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to help design and build scalable systems that power high-impact applications.<br/><br/></p><p>In this role, you will primarily focus on backend developmentdesigning APIs, integrating with partner systems, and scaling platform infrastructurewhile also contributing to frontend experiences when required.<br/><br/></p><p>This position is ideal for someone who thrives on end-to-end ownership, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about building intelligent, automation-driven Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Design and build robust backend services and APIs using TypeScript/Node.js or Python to support integrations, automation workflows, and scalable systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop intelligent browser automation and agent workflows using Python, leveraging modern frameworks and cloud-based tooling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement automation solutions with modern browser automation tools such as Playwright, Browseruse, Browserbase, or Stagehand.<br/><br/></p><p>- Take ownership of core systems, including authentication, data pipelines, messaging, and observability infrastructure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver secure, scalable solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to frontend development in React where full stack context is required to ship features.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code while shaping architecture and system design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in code reviews, incident resolution, and performance optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Uphold best practices in compliance, data privacy, and secure : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 4+ years of experience as a backend or full stack engineer, with a strong backend orientation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or Python for backend development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with browser automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Browseruse, Browserbase, Stagehand).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with asynchronous workflows, job queues, and third-party integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience developing and deploying automation workflows in cloud-based environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Experience with AWS and Exposure to healthcare data formats (HL7, FHIR) or other regulated environments.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
