Over the years, with a commitment to clean coding and intuitive user experiences, we have achieved an impressive growth.<br/><br/>Our employee-centric HR policies, competitive pay scale, vibrant work environment, and collaboration with super-talented peers make it the perfect place to nurture your career and make an impact.<br/><br/><b>Essential Duties & Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Design & Maintain Automation Framework, manual test cases and lead automation/manual teams<br/><br/></p><p>- Design & Maintain Load Testing Framework and lead the Load Testing team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the Application Performance monitoring team to configure various APM products.<br/><br/></p><p>- Flexible to work with cross-functional teams to create great customer experiences and implement high-quality standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create & Review Test Scenarios, Test Signoff Reports<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with development and product teams to analyze, debug and resolve design and code issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with cloud teams for deployment on Azure & AWS<br/><br/></p><p>- Contributing to agility by ensuring an efficient, automated test suite integrated into CI/CD pipeline<br/><br/></p><p>- Designing, building, maintaining, and coordinating an automated build or release from Development to a production environment<br/><br/></p><p>- You will be leading a team of 2-10+ test engineers.<br/><br/></p><p>- You will be responsible for creating and maintaining best testing practices in your team.<br/><br/></p><p>- You will be engaged in team building activities like interviews, onboarding and mentoring new team members.<br/><br/></p><p>- You will be engaged with the sales team as well in the capacity of lead quality consultant to crack new accounts by demonstrating your technical skills and project delivery experience.<br/><br/><b>Requirements & Skills : </b><br/><br/>- 7-8+ years of testing experience, including team leadership experience<br/><br/></p><p>- Good knowledge of Cypress or Playwright is a must-have.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configuring build or continuous integration and deployment tools (CI/CD tools) (e.g. Jenkins, Github Actions, </p><p>Azure DevOps, Ant, Maven, Shell, PowerShell)<br/><br/></p><p>- Decent/workable expertise in writing SQL queries and API testing, both Manual and Automation<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, high-stakes projects in agile environment<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in building, mentoring and managing efficient testing teams<br/><br/></p><p>- Good hands-on experience on Creating Test Plan, Test Strategy, setting up Testing Environment; understanding business requirement<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with GIT source control and associated plugins<br/><br/></p><p>- Good knowledge of Test Automation tools<br/><br/></p><p>- AWS and MS Azure Fundamental knowledge<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for managing the application lifecycle.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Testrails, Testlink or other Test management tools</p><p><br/></p><p>- Good experience with Application Monitoring Tools like New Relic, AppSignal, or similar.<br/><br/><b>Good to have : </b><br/><br/>- Agile, Scrum, TDD<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure of Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices (DevOps)<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding SonarQube and writing clean code best practices<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with risk, compliance and document control business technology<br/><br/></p><p>- Domain expertise like healthcare, transportation, or banking domain.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Appium is good to have<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in JMeter is good to have<br/><br/>We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
